(1)No formal pleadings other than the claim and notice, and the counterclaim and
notice, if appropriate, shall be required in the division.
(2)All forms provided in KRS 24A.200 to 24A.360 shall be of a simplified,
nontechnical form.
(3)There shall be no pretrial discovery in the small claims division of the District
Court.
