247.154 Traffic control regulations on state fairgrounds.

(1)The State Fair Board is authorized to establish speed limits and other traffic control
regulations governing the operation and parking of vehicles on state fairgrounds
property, including, without limitation, regulations with respect to the removal,
impounding, and release of vehicles parked or standing in violation of any
regulation established pursuant to this subsection (1).
(2)Notice to the public of any speed limits or other traffic control regulations thus
established shall be given by signs or markings.
