244.030 Soliciting orders -- When prohibited.

(1)No licensee under KRS Chapters 241 to 244 shall employ any canvasser or solicitor
for the purpose of receiving an order from a consumer for any alcoholic beverages
at the residence or place of business of the consumer, nor shall any such licensee
receive or accept any order that has been solicited or received at the residence or
place of business of the consumer.
(2)Subsection
(1)of this section shall not prohibit the solicitation by a distiller,
rectifier, brewer, or winery of an order from any wholesaler or distributor at the
licensed premises of the wholesaler or distributor nor the solicitation by a
wholesaler or distributor of an order from any retailer at the licensed premises.
