(1)A licensed wholesaler may purchase, receive, store, or possess distilled spirits
and wine to sell at wholesale, from the licensed premises only, and to transport
to and from the licensed premises only alcoholic beverages that the
wholesaler's license authorizes the licensee to sell. The wholesaler may
transport:
(a)Beverages in the manner provided for manufacturers in KRS 243.120;
and
(b)Distilled spirits and wine from a manufacturer's warehouse or from
another licensed wholesaler's premises to the licensed wholesaler
premises.
(2)The holder of a wholesaler's license may sell and transport its products to the
holder of a special nonbeverage alcohol license.
