(1)No property rights other than those in the court of appropriate jurisdiction pursuant
to KRS 244.195 shall exist in any alcoholic beverages obtained, possessed, held or
used in violation of this chapter.
(2)The court, upon conviction of the person arrested, shall order the alcoholic
beverages to be destroyed by the sheriff for the county in which the alcoholic
beverages were seized.
