(1)A firearms instructor trainer or certified firearms instructor is guilty of not
providing firearms training if he or she represents to the department that he or she
has conducted training for a student firearms instructor or for an applicant in an
applicant training course and has not, in fact, provided any such training.
(2)Not providing firearms training is a Class D felony.
