(1)Any person aggrieved by an order or act of a boiler inspector, under this chapter,
may, within fifteen
(15)days of notice thereof, appeal from the order or act to the
commissioner who shall schedule and conduct an administrative hearing in
accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
(2)Any person aggrieved by a final order of the commissioner may file a petition in the
Franklin Circuit Court for judicial review in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
