(1)Every certificate of number awarded pursuant to this chapter shall continue in full
force and effect for a period of one
(1)year unless sooner terminated or
discontinued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(2)The certificates of number shall expire on April 30 of each year and no longer shall
be in force unless renewed pursuant to this chapter.
