As used in KRS 234.200 to 234.260, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1)"Flash point" means the minimum temperature, in degrees Fahrenheit, at which a
flammable liquid will give off flammable vapors as determined by test procedure
and apparatus specified in the "Standard Method of Test for Flash Point by Means
of the Tag Closed Tester" (A.S.T.M. D 56-52) published by the American Society
for Testing Materials;
(2)"Class A liquid" means any flammable liquid which has a flash point of one
hundred degrees (100°) Fahrenheit, or less;
(3)"Class B liquid" means any flammable liquid which has a flash point above one
hundred degrees (100°) Fahrenheit.
