Any payments made to any persons claiming an interest in an unclaimed pari-mutuel ticket, and any necessary expense including, but not limited to, administrative costs, advertising costs, court costs and attorney's fees, required to be paid by the corporation in administering or enforcing the provisions of KRS 230.361 to 230.373 shall be deducted from sums received by the corporation prior to payment to the Kentucky Racing Health and Welfare Fund.
