230.367 Racing and gaming corporation's procedure on filing of claim -- Payment.

The corporation shall consider any claim or defense permitted to be filed before the corporation and hear the evidence concerning it. If the claimant establishes his or her claim, the corporation shall, when the time for appeal or other legal procedure has expired, authorize payment to the claimant of a sum equal to the amount of his claim paid to the corporation in accordance with KRS 230.361 to 230.373. The decision shall be in writing and shall state the substance of the evidence heard by the corporation, if a transcript is not kept. The decision shall be a matter of public record.
