A manufacturer shall place on each individual package of cigarettes the letters "FSC" or "FS" which signify "Fire Standards Compliance," indicating compliance with the fire safety performance standard set forth in KRS 227.772(1)(d). The letters shall appear in eight
(8)point type and be permanently printed, stamped, engraved, or embossed on the package at or near the UPC Code, if present.
