223.050 Fees -- Disposition of fees.

A fee established by administrative regulation promulgated by the cabinet pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A shall accompany the application for examination. All registration certificates issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue, unless renewed by the payment of an annual renewal fee established by administrative regulation promulgated by the cabinet pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A. All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the cabinet in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
No part of this fund shall revert to the general fund of the Commonwealth.
