21A.130 Board of Bar Examiners -- Compensation and expenses.

(1)To assist in the evaluation of applicants for admission to the practice of law, the
Supreme Court may appoint a Board of Bar Examiners.
(2)The Supreme Court shall make reasonable allowances to each member of the Board
of Bar Examiners for his services, for necessary clerical assistance and for
necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties, such allowances to be
paid at such times as the court directs. The court may make allowances to other
persons for services and expenses necessary or proper in connection with the
conducting of examinations of applicants for admission to practice law. The
allowances provided for in this subsection shall be paid out of such appropriation as
is made for the purpose.
