Elections for Justices of the Supreme Court shall be held at the regular elections, and every eight
(8)years thereafter, as follows:
(1)In the fifth district, in 1976;
(2)In the third district, in 1978;
(3)In the seventh district, in 1980; and
(4)In the first, second, fourth and sixth districts, in 1982.
