(1)The board shall prescribe and collect reasonable fees and charges for processing
applications, examinations and issuance of licenses, including renewals.
(2)All fees and charges collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into
the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the board in
defraying the cost and expenses in the administration of this chapter.
