(1)Any personal services agency that provides services without receiving certification
pursuant to KRS 216.712 may be fined up to five hundred dollars ($500) per day.
(2)Any business that markets its services as a personal services agency without
receiving certification pursuant to KRS 216.712 may be fined up to five hundred
dollars ($500) per day.
(3)All fines collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the fund established
by KRS 216.716.
