As used in this section and KRS 211.395:
(1)"Department" means the Department for Public Health;
(2)"Eligible medical condition" means Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable
bowel syndrome or other inflammatory bowel disease, or any other medical
condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility; and
(3)"Person" means an individual who is lawfully on the premises of a public or
semipublic building regulated by KRS 211.180.
