Any person who willfully causes or conspires with or assists another in causing:
(1)The unwarranted hospitalization of any individual under the provisions of KRS
Chapter 210; or
(2)The denial to any individual of any of the rights accorded to him under the
provisions of KRS Chapter 210; shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisoned for a term not to exceed five
(5)years or both.
