(1)No person shall aid or abet any child to escape from any home established under the
provisions of this chapter or harbor or conceal any such child, knowing that the
child has so escaped.
(2)The board shall reclaim and bring back to the home any escaped children, and the
peace officers of this state shall apprehend and return such children to the home, at
the expense of the home.
