Nothing in KRS 200.650 to 200.676 shall be construed to permit the following:
(1)The reduction of local, state, or federal medical or other assistance available for
infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families;
(2)The alteration of eligibility under Title V of the Federal Social Security Act relating
to maternal and child health;
(3)The alteration of eligibility under Title XIX of the Federal Social Security Act
relating to Medicaid for infants and toddlers with disabilities; or
(4)The reduction of early intervention services provided by any state department or
agency.
