190.037 Temporary permits.

Where application for any license provided for herein has been made, a temporary permit may be granted to the applicant to engage in the business for which the license is sought. The temporary permit shall be valid until such time as the application is approved or denied, but in no event for a period longer than ninety
(90)days. KRS 190.040(3) shall not apply to a temporary permit.
