18A.160 Use of public buildings, property, and facilities.

(1)All office space, property, and equipment including, but not limited to, desks, office
supplies, typewriters, machinery, and implements utilized at hearings and in
recording and processing transcripts and other work of the board, heretofore used
by the board, shall become the property of the board.
(2)All officers and employees of the Commonwealth and of all its municipalities and
political subdivisions shall allow the cabinet and the board the reasonable use of
public buildings under their control, and furnish heat, light, and furniture for any
examination, hearing, or investigation authorized by KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200. The
cabinet and the board, as appropriate, shall pay to a municipality or political
subdivision the reasonable cost of any such facilities furnished by it.
