186A.270 Commissioner may suspend authority to utilize automated system.

(1)Upon receiving notice that a person who has previously been authorized to utilize
the automated system has willfully or negligently misused the automated vehicle
registration and titling system, the commissioner of the Department of Vehicle
Regulation may temporarily suspend such person's authorization to utilize the
system.
(2)Whenever he suspends or revokes any person's authorization to utilize the
automated vehicle registration and titling system, the commissioner of the
Department of Vehicle Regulation shall give immediate notice of such revocation to
the person whose authorization has been suspended or revoked and if such person is
not the county clerk, then notice shall be given also to the county clerk of the county
in which the person is employed.
(3)No person whose authorization to utilize the automated system has been suspended
or revoked shall utilize such system following notice of such action until his
authorization to utilize the system is restored by the commissioner of the
Department of Vehicle Regulation.
