186A.025 Responsibility and authority for administration and support of system.

(a)The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall have full responsibility and
authority for day-to-day administration of the automated system described by
this chapter; and
(b)May request the assistance of any cabinet or department of state government
in carrying out its responsibilities under this chapter.
(2)The Commonwealth Office of Technology shall assure, to the extent feasible,
twenty-four
(24)hour, year-round information support to the Department of
Kentucky State Police, and to other law enforcement agencies state and nationwide,
regarding vehicles registered and, when required, titled in this state.
