Conviction for any one
(1)of the following moving hazardous violations on a limited access highway or a limited access highway of four
(4)or more lanes in Kentucky on which the speed limit is sixty-five
(65)mph or higher shall be cause for assessment of the penalty points indicated:
Speeding 10 mph or less over the limit ......................................................... 0 points.
