(1)The brush, bushes, weeds, overhanging limbs of trees and all other obstructions
along the roads shall be removed between July 1 and August 20 of each year, and
the county engineer shall publish in some county paper for at least two
consecutive weeks before July 1 of every year, in the manner provided in KRS
Chapter 424, the requirements of KRS 179.220 and of this section and the order of
the fiscal court.
(2)The cost of the publication required by subsection
(1)of this section shall be paid
by the fiscal court of the county in which the notices were published and posted.
