179.010 Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"County roads" are as defined in KRS 178.010.
(2)"County engineer" means county road engineer.
(3)"Obstructions" includes any object which prevents the easy, safe and convenient use
of a county road for public travel.
