171.125 Definitions for KRS 171.130 to 171.306.

As used in KRS 171.130 to 171.306, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1)"Department" means the Department for Libraries and Archives;

(2)"Public library" means a library which is established as the countywide library

system by any of the methods provided by KRS Chapter 173; and

(3)"Library materials" means those print, audiovisual, graphic, cartographic, machine

readable, and manuscript materials provided by a library for its users.
