15A.0654 Earmarking of juvenile justice funding for evidence-based practices.

(1)Beginning July 1, 2016, fifty percent (50%) of state moneys expended by the

department on programs shall be for programs that are in accordance with evidence-

based practices.

(2)Beginning July 1, 2018, and thereafter, seventy-five percent (75%) of state moneys

expended by the department on programs shall be for programs that are in

accordance with evidence-based practices.
