156.749 Administrative expenses -- Meetings.

(1)Administrative expenses of the commission will be borne by the respective
participating agencies, as a part of each agency's normal budget for basic
operations. In each year, the agency represented by the chairman shall provide
any necessary staff support required, including provision of a secretary, whose
duties shall include the taking of minutes and distribution thereof. The agency
represented by the chairman shall make arrangements for meeting facilities.
(2)All meetings will be held in Frankfort, Kentucky, upon the call of the chairman
or a majority vote of the membership. In the initial year, the commissioner of
the Department of Workforce Development shall serve as chairperson.
