156.660 Definitions.

As used in KRS 156.660 to 156.670 and KRS 168.015, unless the context indicates otherwise:

(1)"Council" means the Council for Education Technology.

(2)"Technology" includes, but is not limited to, computers, telecommunications, cable

television, interactive video, film, low-power television, satellite communications,

and microwave communications.
