(Effective
July 1, 2026) No person shall secure or attempt to secure the adoption of any instructional materials in any school district in this state, by rewarding or promising to reward, directly or indirectly, any person in any public school district in the state. No person shall offer or give any emolument to any person in any school district in this state for any vote or promise to vote, or the use of his influence, for any instructional materials to be used in this state.
