(1)The mayor or chief executive officer of each city and the county judge/executive of
each county, shall have the concurrent duty of enforcing with the cabinet, within
their respective cities and counties, the provisions of KRS 151.250, 151.280 and
151.310 and rules and regulations issued thereunder.
(2)When a violation of KRS 151.250, 151.280 or 151.310 within his jurisdiction is
brought to the attention of a mayor or chief executive officer of a city or a county
judge/executive, he shall immediately notify the cabinet of the location and details
of such violation.
