150.110 Enforcement of law as to mussels.

The commissioner and game wardens may arrest without warrant anyone violating any of the provisions of KRS 150.520 or any of the rules and regulations made by the department for the protection of mussels under this chapter. They may inspect mussels in any warehouse, boat, store, car, or receptacle when they have good cause to believe that any of the provisions of KRS 150.520 or any of the rules or regulations made thereunder have been or are being violated. This authority does not include the right to enter any dwelling house without a search warrant.
When the officers find mussels in the possession of anyone in violation of this chapter, the mussels shall be confiscated and sold in the manner provided by KRS 150.120 for the sale of confiscated wildlife.
