15.846 Wage reporting and financial institution match systems -- Agreements.

(1)The Office of the Attorney General shall use the wage reporting and financial
institution match system formerly designed, developed, implemented, and operated
by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for the purpose of identifying the
financial assets of individuals as identified by cabinet agencies, for the purpose of
administering the child support enforcement program of the Commonwealth. The
office may promulgate administrative regulations to implement this section.
(2)Each financial institution in the Commonwealth shall enter into an agreement with
the Office of the Attorney General to develop and operate a data match system to
facilitate identification of financial assets of individuals identified by cabinet
agencies for the purpose of administering the child support enforcement programs
of the Commonwealth.
