15.832 Surety to guarantee payment of overdue support.

(1)The Office of the Attorney General shall require a parent in appropriate cases to
give security, post bond, or give some other guarantee to secure payment of
overdue support.
(2)The Office of the Attorney General shall provide advance notice to the obligor
regarding the delinquency of the support payment and the requirement of posting
security, bond or guarantee. The obligor shall be notified of his rights and methods
available to contest the impending action in compliance with due process of law
and administrative regulations.
