15.390 Appeal upon denial of precertification.

Any person who is aggrieved by a determination by the employing agency or by the council that he fails to meet the requirements for precertification status may:
(1)If the determination was made by the employing agency, appeal the decision in the
same manner as other employment appeals within the agency, if an appeals
procedure has been established by the employing agency; or
(2)If the determination was made by the council, appeal the decision to the local
Circuit Court having jurisdiction over the employing agency.
