15.350 Definitions.

As used in KRS 15.350 to 15.370:
(1)"Police training" includes all formal police training activities in the Commonwealth
with the exception of on-the-job training, training conducted at police roll calls, and
training conducted by institutions of higher education. The Kentucky Law
Enforcement Council shall, by regulation, define those activities which constitute
formal police training and those which do not.
(2)"Police instructor" means any person engaged in conducting, supervising, or
teaching in courses of police training as defined in subsection
(1)of this section.
