15.278 Reports.

(1)The director shall submit an annual written report to the Attorney General on the
activities of the regulatory relief office, which includes:
(a)Information regarding each participant in the regulatory sandbox created in
KRS 15.268, including which industries each participant represents and the
anticipated or actual cost savings that each participant experienced;
(b)Recommendations regarding any administrative regulations that should be
permanently modified;
(c)Information regarding outcomes for consumers; and
(d)Recommendations for changes to the regulatory sandbox or other duties of the
regulatory relief office.
(2)The Attorney General shall provide a written report on the activities of the
regulatory relief office to the Governor and the Legislative Research Commission
by October 1 of each year, which shall include the director's report submitted under
subsection
(1)of this section.
