The Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney shall initiate and prosecute appropriate abatement proceedings by injunction or otherwise, for the prevention or correction of any condition constituting or threatening to constitute a violation of KRS 149.360 to 149.430. The institution or pendency of a proceeding pursuant to this section shall not bar the imposition of any penalties or the securing of any other relief provided by KRS 149.360 to 149.430, 149.991, 277.990, 512.020, or 512.030, or administrative regulations promulgated thereunder.
