The legislative bodies of all counties forming the area planning commission, all cities, all special districts, planning and zoning commissions and boards of adjustment located therein, shall, after the final adoption, approval, or enactment of any annexation ordinance, subdivision plat, variance, zoning ordinance or resolution or subdivision regulation, furnish or cause to be furnished, within sixty
(60)days after adoption or approval, a copy of same to the area planning commission.
