65.8915 Withdrawal of member entity from regional wastewater commission --

Payment of obligations -- Vacancies.
(1)Any member entity of the commission may withdraw its participation by submitting
an ordinance or resolution, as appropriate, of its governing body to all member
entities at least ninety
(90)days prior to the effective date of the withdrawal,
conditioned solely upon that member having made prior payment in full or making
other financial arrangements agreeable to the member entities to meet contract
obligations, retire any cost, or pay any portion of any debt or other obligations
incurred on its behalf by the commission.
(2)Vacancies on the commission that result from a withdrawal of a member entity shall
be filled in the manner prescribed in KRS 65.8907.
