(1)Within fifteen
(15)days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the
secretary of the Personnel Cabinet shall report to the Legislative Research
Commission the number of employees in each program cabinet and department of
the executive branch of state government. The report shall include the number of all
full-time classified and unclassified employees employed pursuant to KRS Chapters
16, 18A, and 151B, listed by cabinet and department.
(2)Within fifteen
(15)days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the
secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall report to the Legislative
Research Commission the number of individuals working on a full-time equivalent
and recurring basis, listed by contract or agreement and cabinet.
(3)As used in this section, "recurring basis" means continuous employment for a
period of not less than ninety
