Finance and Administration Cabinet and Transportation Cabinet. By January 1, 1995:
(1)The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall promulgate administrative
regulations to implement its procurement of architectural and engineering services
pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to 45A.835; and
(2)The Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to
implement its procurement of engineering services pursuant to KRS 45A.800 to
45A.835.
