(1)No cigarette or tobacco products advertising shall be posted on a billboard with
display space larger than fifty
(50)square feet located within five hundred
(500)feet
of any elementary or secondary school building or adjacent school-owned property.
(2)Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than
one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
