outside aid. When the employees of any county, urban-county, charter county, or city are rendering outside aid pursuant to the authority contained in this chapter, the employees shall have the same powers, duties, rights, privileges, and immunities as if they were performing their duties in the jurisdiction in which they are normally employed.
