authorized -- Rights of relocated persons unaffected.
(1)Nothing in KRS 39A.100, 39A.110, 39A.120, 39A.130, or 39A.140, or any other
provision of this chapter, shall authorize a taking of property or the taking of any
action which is in violation of KRS 237.102 or 237.104.
(2)If a person is relocated to temporary housing before, during, or after a disaster or
emergency, he or she shall still possess the rights guaranteed by KRS 237.102 and
237.104.
