Condominium Act to be liberally construed.
(1)KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its
underlying purposes and policies.
(2)The underlying purposes and policies of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 are:
(a)To simplify, clarify, and modernize the law governing condominiums; and
(b)To make uniform the law among the various jurisdictions.
