(1)Premises occupied by the Kentucky National Guard for military purposes shall be
under the control of the senior National Guard officer using them.
(2)All military property furnished for the use of the several organizations of the
Kentucky National Guard shall be kept in the armory or storerooms of the
command, except when in use for authorized military purposes.
